Donald Lee Miller, 65, of Gorin, Missouri died May 23, 2013 at his home in Gorin. The son of Phillip (Johnny) and Helen Arehart Miller he was born October 28th 1947 in Gorin, Missouri. Donald graduated high school in Gorin, Missouri in 1965 and later attended technical school for diesel mechanics. He was also a member of the Missouri National Guard in Kirksville, Mo.

Donald grew up on the family farms where he learned the farming business. He married Sandra Shultz on November 18th, 1966 and to this union five children were born.

Donald enjoyed hunting and driving race cars at local race tracks. He had a special interest in raising cattle. He looked forward to starting his day by having breakfast with Kenzie Miller having toast and eggs every morning. He enjoyed all of his children and grandchildren. There was two special people in his family that cared for him during his illness, that was Jessica and Julie Miller.

He was preceded in death by his parents and twin daughters, Michelle and Monica.

He is survived by a son, Ryan Miller and wife Jessica of Gorin, Missouri; two daughters Melanie Morgret and husband Justin of Columbia, Missouri and Andrea Blake and husband Martin of Edina, Missouri; spouse, Judy Littleton of Gorin, Missouri and her children, Julie Miller of Drakesville, Iowa, Dan Miller and wife Antia of Gorin, Missouri, and Rick Miller of Gorin; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Donald will be deeply missed by family and friends, that know that he is at peace and not suffering.

Memorials are suggested to either the Hospice of Northeast Missouri or to the family for their discretion and can be left at or mailed to the Payne Funeral Chapel, 202 East
